Reinventing The Power of High-Altitude Flight
Our Location
Stage 0 operates from the Launch and Landing Facility at Kennedy Space Center, an iconic 4,500-meter runway on Merritt Island built for advanced aerospace testing. From this strategic hub, we design, prototype, and deploy our solar-powered high-altitude aircraft. The facility’s expansive runway, dedicated hangars, and controlled airspace enable rapid iterations from ground simulations to stratospheric flights, ensuring our platforms excel in endurance missions, autonomous operations, and diverse real-world scenarios.
About Us
At Stage 0, we are pioneering the future of sustainable aviation through our solar-powered high-altitude aircraft. We operate by a clear engineering algorithm: questioning every requirement, removing unnecessary parts or processes, simplify and optimizing, accelerating cycle times, then automating. This philosophy drives our rapid iteration cycles and enables us to design, build, test, and fly prototypes at unprecedented speed.
Our engineers are more than specialists. They are innovators who have contributed to major aerospace programs across propulsion, aerodynamics, materials science, and avionics. Their deep technical expertise, paired with a startup mindset, allows us to push the boundaries of what is possible in high-altitude, solar-powered flight.
Join us as we build a cleaner, smarter, and more sustainable future in aviation. For partnerships, inquiries, or to learn more about our prototypes, we invite you to connect with our team.
